Nitin Dadrawala, Mumbai
Nitin Dadrawala, born in Chinchani, Maharashtra, attained his M.A. from Bombay University. He furthered his studies with a scholarship from the Indian Council for Cultural Relations and later received a senior fellowship in Visual Art from the Department of Culture of the Ministry of Human Resource and Development.
In recent years, he has delved into the Zen school of philosophy, which highlights the actuality or “realness” of daily life. He has endeavoured to capture this essence of Zen living in his series of works.
