Shiv Kumar Soni is a young artist hailing from Rajasthan. Born and raised in Bidasar, Churu, he relocated to Jaipur to pursue his dream career. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Visual Art from the Rajasthan School of Art, Jaipur. The imaginative painter prefers to work with acrylic colors in a watercolor style.
Shiv enjoys infusing his paintings with elements from his childhood memories. He finds inspiration in depicting the emotions, imaginations, and moments from his youth, such as playing in rainy weather, imagining oneself above the clouds, and flying kites. Influenced by childhood objects like kites, birds, balloons, toys, trays, and hats, Shiv’s artwork exudes the innocent charm of childhood memories, evoking joy in viewers as they reminisce.
Through his paintings, Shiv aims to transport viewers into a nostalgic journey through their own childhood memories, hoping they find joy in the experience.
