Sachin Bonde, Banasthali
Sachin Bonde is a visual artist and a art educator residing in Mumbai. He received his schooling in Darwha and went on to earn his Bachelor of Fine Art and Masters in Printmaking from the Sir JJ School of Art, Mumbai. He has showcased his work in numerous national and international exhibitions. Sachin has received several awards and has taken part in various art residencies. His artwork has been featured in numerous national and international art magazines.
The ideas and concepts behind Sachin Bonde’s artworks have developed through careful observation and thorough grounding. His artworks often reflect a study of irony, contextualizing the inherent dichotomies that link two forms of power together – political power and energy. Through his work, Sachin questions the relationship between the electric grids spanning our planet and the networks of political alliances.
